An organic Rose from Bordeaux which is terracotta in colour with pink reflections. This rosé is fresh and dynamic. Tastes of melon and raspberries blend together beautifully.

Vinification
The harvest is selected before entering the cellar by optical sorting, then vinified with whole berries in truncated conical vats. A first fermentation at low temperature preserves the aromas of fresh fruit before the grapes are pressed. The juice is then vinified alone.
