NV MONTELLIANA PROSECCO ASOLO SUPERIORE
This Prosecco embodies all the fragrance of an Asolo Prosecco DOCG. It is a pale, bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. An intense fruity taste with a lingering
bouquet reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. It is an extra dry Prosecco.
DOCG Asolo Prosecco District, Italy
A sparkling wine produced with the natural fermentation method; the Charmat method. The juice is obtained through soft pressing.
The perfect aperitif with some Antipasti. Serve at 6-8° C.
