Champagne That the French Drink

Champagne That the French Drink - Boutique Wine and Champagne

Fast Food restaurants are everywhere, and indeed we may even like some of them.

These high street names are unavoidable, but in recent times there has been a move towards «posh nosh », gourmet burgers, lobster burgers and healthy fast food, perhaps for the more discerning palate or maybe just for a change.

If you venture out of your taste buds’ comfort zone, isn’t it amazing what you can discover?

Do you remember the first time you tried Thai Massaman Curry, or a pasta with freshly shaved truffle or a Chicken Shawarma Lavash?

I sometimes think it is the same with Champagnes and Wines.

That is why I founded Boutique Wine and Champagne. www.boutiquewinechampagne.com

We all know about the famous Champagne Houses. We cannot argue that they produce lovely tasting bubbles, but they are relatively expensive as they need to support brand, image and other marketing costs.

The lesser known houses still survive because they produce quality sparkles, which offer good value for money. And they are known by a select few.

Where I was brought up in Provence, we are fortunate to have access to a Boutique Champagne House. Local French people buy it for their own consumption, locals purchase it for weddings and other celebrations and a few popular restaurants serve it.

We are finding it immensely popular in New South Wales and Melbourne amongst our loyal and adventurous clients who like something different. The Champagne House is Senez, and we stock their CUVEE ANGELIQUE CHAMPAGNE for the angels in your life and their ROSE DE SAIGNEE, Pink Champagne for that special occasion.

If you must go further afield, have a look at our NV MONTELLIANA PROSECCO ASOLO SUPERIORE, from Veneto, Italy, whose capital is Venice. Enjoy it as Italy's most famous cocktail; the Peach Bellini!

I hope your taste buds enjoy their travels,
