The cool, high altitude, confident grapes all go towards defining this magnificent Rosè. Handcrafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grown at 800m above sea level in the Orange region. Picked for flavour intensity and natural acidity, then whole bunch basket pressed. Cool ferment followed by extended period on lees gives a long smooth feel with delightful intense berry flavours.
