VINEYARD
Top soil red loam over clay with a base of limestone.
FOOD PAIRING
Great with pastas, pizzas and light meat dishes. Appeals to all those persons who are sensitive/ allergic to the effects of sulphites in wines which can create headaches and shorten breath.
WINEMAKING
Handpicked organic grapes are first destemmed and then fermented slowly in open tanks. The wine is then basket pressed into Stainless steel tanks and matured for several months before racking and bottling in mid-year.
CELLARING
The NBG 2021 vintage is now ready for drinking and does not need any cellaring.
