Fruit destemmed with 15% whole bunches. 8-12 days of maceration and fermentation at warm temperatures. Pressed, settled overnight and filled to a mixture of casks and vats for about 6 months.
2022 was a low cropping cool growing season. Bright colours, intoxicating aromatics and cool flavours.
