WINEMAKING

This 2019 Merlot from Macquariedale Organic Wines is crafted using solely Certified Biodynamic grapes. Approved Biodynamic practices were used to impart a unique intensity to the wines, produced from low yields. Wild vineyard yeast was used in fermentation, leaving the wine true to the terroir with minimal intervention including the use of sulphur.
