A wonderfully crafted and unique Rosé. The fruit was sourced from Pierre's vineyard in Branxton which was planted in 1986 and 1993. The fruit was quickly processed in the winery to preserve the delicate fruit characters. After gentle pressing, the wine was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks with Provencal yeast strains to release the classic aromatic potential of the grapes. The finished wine is clean and fresh. The palate is typical of the best rosé wines and has a long persistence. A delicate, dry, restrained and satisfying style. The wine is an ideal accompaniment to all seafood and white meat dishes. Especially suited to summer lunchtime drinking.
