These certified Biodynamic hand-picked grapes were fermented using wild yeast and whole bunch technique for optimum flavour retention. This handcrafted wine was basket pressed and matured in large format French oak barrels for 10 months.

Drink now or cellar for further complexity. The wine will age gracefully over the next 10 years.
